His Place Hartford Comminity Center

Hartford, MI - The Lake Michigan Admirals were in attendance for the grand opening of the His Place Hartford Community Center located at 15 S. Maple St. in downtown Hartford. The facility can be used for a variety of sports including basketball, volleyball and batting practice. The Admirals jumped right in and started playing with the children and it was hard to get them to leave. I'm sure that's going to be the case with the kids of Hartford. "The players were so good with the children and are nice role models for the kids of Hartford," stated Chad Bedwell, director of the Community Center. The facility also has other amenities that include a well-equipped weight room, dance studio, meeting room, classrooms, and much more. "The facility was amazing and will serve the community of Hartford well," stated Chris Glisson, owner of the Lake Michigan Admirals. Cameron Collins won the Lake Michigan Admirals season tickets that the organization donated to the His Place Hartford Community Center. The community center hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The center is closed Sundays. The phone number is 621-2144.
